Arresting Non-Compliant Consumers
Thousands of people are arrested daily, often with physical force, simply for being non-compliant consumers - using drugs without a prescription.
Slavery Was Never Abolished
The 13th Amendment states that neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, EXCEPT AS PUNISHMENT FOR CRIME, shall exist. The government has the power to create criminal laws, making personal victimless choices a crime, and thereby amassing slaves.
Overmedication of Older Adults
Prescription medication overload contributes to thousands of premature deaths of older adults and reduces the quality of life for millions more. Pharmaceuticals, such as benzodiazepines, are inappropriately prescribed, cause cognitive decline, lead to falls, injuries, and Alzheimer's.
Disease Mongering
The DSM-5 is simply a billing handbook filled with non-medical conditions created by big pharma in an orchestration to take over the behavioral health field to ensure their drugs are prescribed as the solution, the answer to our "problems". They make us believe we are sick so they could be our savior.
The DEA and FDA are private for-profit corporations (as are all government agencies) whose sole purpose is to serve as the private security force for big pharma to ensure their profits and the compliant consumerism of the masses.
Cognitive Suppression
The only reason psychedelics, entheogens, plant medicines are illegal is because they expand our awareness and consciousness, thereby threatening the control by those in power over the cognition of the population.
Healthcare is Not a Criminal Justice Issue
Every 25 seconds, someone in America is arrested for simple drug possession. All evidence shows that incarceration for drugs only harms people and society - it has never helped.
Separation from Consciousness
The Controlled Substances Act controls almost exclusively central-nervous system (CNS) drugs. Legal commercial CNS drugs only mask symptoms, replace and ignore our body's natural healing and communication mechanisms, reduce brain activity and numb emotions.
Families are torn apart when humans are given pharmaceutical-company-created diagnoses, prescribed toxic addictive medications, and then become unable to manage their lives.
Major opioid manufacturers settled multiple lawsuits for over $26 billion. Despite the millions of people harmed, none of that money went directly to the victims. The FDA has never been held accountable. The dangers of opioids were known long before the opioid epidemic and FDA-approval of these drugs.
Deep Programming
The so-called War on Drugs has evolved into one of the biggest mind-control and slavery systems in existence.
Creating a Society of Criminals
When private personal behavior is criminalized, a large portion of our population become branded as criminals, which destroys their chances of success, results in unemployment, homelessness, and poverty.
The War on Drugs Hurts Everyone
The harm and fatalitites caused by the greed of the so-called War on Drugs extends to everyone, including law enforcement.
Creation of Violent Crime Rings
By creating the War on Drugs and prohibition, the government handed over power to underground criminals, who use violence and force to ensure continued profits.
This lawsuit and the Decriminalize Our Minds movement was created and is sustained by a small team who selflessly volunteers numerous hours, energy and resources. Jennifer has funded 99% of this lawsuit with her personal savings, which are now depleted.
While we donate our time, energy and resources with great honor, all donations not only help with the extensive litigation costs, but it helps us to know we are supported and not alone on the long road ahead.
This massive change will take an entire community and it means everything to us to know you are with us.
Murphey v. U.S. et al.
