To understand what the lawsuit is about, it is important to first understand what the War on Drugs is and what it has evolved into.
The Laws
This alleged war is embodied within the federal Controlled Substances Act of 1970 (CSA) and two international treaties, the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs and the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances.
The CSA and the international treaties almost exclusively control drugs that affect the central nervous system (CNS drugs). These are drugs and substances that affect our brain activity. Through these laws, the federal government, including the DEA, FDA and HHS, and United Nations entities, including the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Commission on Narcotic Drugs, decide what CNS drugs and substances will be legal for personal consumption and for which substances it will be a crime to personally consume. They make these decisions not based on the safety, toxicity, or addictiveness of these drugs, but on which drugs will further their agenda of making profits and controlling the cognition of the general public.
The War on Drugs is NOT About Curbing Drug Use or Abuse
The so-called War on Drugs was never about helping those dependent on drugs or eradicating drug abuse. When looking at characteristics of legal drugs versus illegal drugs, this becomes glaringly evident.
Legal controlled substances often share the following elements:
Made by pharmaceutical companies
Highly profitable
Toxic, highly addictive, and cause severe and often worse conditions than for those which they are prescribed, such as cognitive decline, seizures, heart, liver and kidney disease and premature death.
Only mask symptoms and do not address the underlying or root cause.
Cause emotional numbness and decrease brain activity
Many illegal substances, such as entheogens (also known as psychedelics or plant medicines) share the following elements:
Not made by pharmaceutical companies
Not currently profitable
Natural, non-toxic and non-addictive
Promote neurogenesis (the growth and regrowth of neural pathways), expand the user’s awareness and consciousness, and relieves addiction of pharmaceuticals and other drugs
Treats or addresses the underlying or root causes of various conditions, thereby negating the perceived need for pharmaceuticals
Our federal government and the United Nations were well aware of the harm caused by pharmaceuticals and the absence of harm from entheogens, prior to enacting these laws. Please ask yourself why, then, do they support the consumption of harmful mind-numbing pharmaceuticals and outlaw natural healing substances? Well, profits and controlling the minds of the population, of course.
Propaganda to Create Obedient Consumers and Enslavement of the Masses
It is no secret that this alleged war was initially created to oppress and enslave blacks, along with anyone who refused to conform to the government agenda at the time.
“You want to know what this [war on drugs] was really all about? The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the antiwar left and black people. You understand what I’m saying? We knew we couldn’t make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders, raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did.” – John Ehrlichman, Nixon Administration
The government has gone to extraordinary lengths to convince us that they have our best interest in mind. They created propaganda to spread lies about natural plant medicines or other substances that allow for the expansion of consciousness and awareness of the population. They allow pharmaceutical companies to invent conditions, to infiltrate medical schools, and the medical field as a whole, solely for marketing purposes of harmful addictive drugs. They created a clever name “The War on Drugs” to convince people that any non-pharmaceutical drug use is bad.
They even went so far as to convince us to dehumanize our fellow humans. So many people feel that people who use non-prescribed drugs deserve punishment. How can we look at someone who is holding a non-prescribed drug in their hand for personal consumption and tell ourselves that person deserves to be put in handcuffs, imprisoned, torn from their families, and branded as a criminal. Yet, we are ok with medicating our children, parents and families with mind-numbing deadly drugs created and marketed by pharmaceutical companies.
The so-called War on Drugs has evolved into a war on non-compliant consumerism. The DEA is the for-profit security force for the pharmaceutical companies that funnel billions of dollars to the U.S. government. Think about it. Harmful drug use and abuse is perfectly fine with the government as long as you funnel money through their orchestrated system.
Insurance companies are financial institutions and require diagnoses, largely invented by big pharma, before they will cover office visits or prescriptions. Certain prescriptions are required in treatment plans before insurance companies will provide coverage for alternative treatment. Doctors are only reimbursed for mere minutes of their time, leaving just enough time to diagnose and prescribe. Pharmaceutical reps are a mainstay in medical schools and doctors’ offices to further their marketing scheme. If you use drugs or other controlled substances, but don’t follow this system, you are a criminal. This is not healthcare. This is not medicine. It is a highly enforced and deadly commercial scheme.
Let’s Rise Together for Humanity
Millions have been arrested or imprisoned for simple possession of controlled substances alone. No human belongs in prison for a personal choice to consume anything, especially when that imprisonment is merely the result of being a disobedient consumer - using a product without the government's label. It is beyond me to conceive even one reason why we support locking up millions of people simply for consuming non-prescribed drugs. The so-called War on Drugs is one of the most significant mind control and slavery systems in current existence and this lawsuit seeks to tear down this whole system so we can rebuild with our families and fellow humans in mind.
Question your beliefs, conduct research and look at the facts. Question anything and anyone who profits by this. Become aware of when you make a statement that is simply an assumption or repeating what you heard. Then question that assumption. Then question the answer to that, and so on and so forth. It all becomes revealed.
We are standing up for our sisters, brothers, mothers, fathers, sons and daughters. The oppression of one of us, is the oppression of all of us. Read the lawsuit for a better understanding and spread the word that we will not tolerate these crimes against humanity anymore. We are ending the so-called War on Drugs.
